How was everyone's weekend? Another weekend at work for me. They've been doing an IT upgrade and managed to lose the connection to the server and internet (not sure what the technical deal was, other than the computers didn't/couldn't get an IP) for like half the shift yesterday. I have a theory on that though: As you get older a day, relatively, represents a smaller proportion of your life. So time feels like it goes quicker as you get older as your relative perception of time changes. I also find I tend to be getting busier and busier as I get older. Takes ages to halve the distance between you initially - but you seem gain so much quicker the closer you get. You're still gaining on it at the same speed and closing the same distance you always were, just the % changes increasingly.
