Didnt really do much the last time we went there, but I'm sure this time I'll be doing something other than our Simmo's trip (maybe we will play mini golf this time instead of just buying ice cream hahaha). Work as mentioned below is just office crap for my old man. He has a business brokerage (like real estate but with businesses), and I dont see myself becoming a broker anytime soon so probably stayed here for too long as it is. In the beginning did some minor marketing to target POS businesses (to try out a marketing package we were offering), but yeh since then just been doing business profiles and reception/admin sh*t. I'm sure the gf will research some sh*t for us to do lol and not 100% sure at the moment. Ideally I'd like to do back of house sh*t for some kind of larger organisation (telco, insurance, banking, government, etc). More than likely will be some form of customer service centre or something along those lines. Some of the government jobs I've looked at are interesting (huge pay for the job that you do, just not sure how the recruitment process will go (forsee it being a 2 or 3+ interview process which will be interesting for a pleb like me). I do have a degree in commerce, majoring in international business. I guess the ideal fantasy one day would be to own some form of import/export/wholesale business (or even just any business that can produce the net profits)....but I have to actually be in a good financial standing to even consider doing anything daring like that one day But yeh, right now my attitude is go with the flow and see what happens lol in 3 weeks it will be do whatever job I can do until I secure something. Resume says beginner to intermediate computer skills. but no where near on level as an actual IT person (my mind was scrabbling when you blokes were all discussing that graphics cards and sh*t the other day lol). Appreciate the thought, but I will be fine. Got my mum bloody sending me enough links for potential jobs lol I'm sure I'll find something soon!
