I don't think it's boring

It's different kind of delivery

One thing that did worry about me was the xr6t at idle it was knocking about until I put the clutch in then Viola no more knocking

I liked both my turbo and GT for different reasons...and hated them both for different reasons. I loved the turbo rush for fun, but I actually also really enjoyed the linear delivery of the GT...just being able to stomp it on corner exit and have it light up was pretty awesome...like this:

Same... And this really hit home to me when I purchased a 4 stroke KX450f, after owning a 2 stroke CR250..  The KX is nice and it is really easy to ride. But, it is  as boring as bat sh*t, due to the power being so linear..  I really miss my CR for is brutal power band....

 

You need to turn the throttle harder. I just got a yz450 and it's way quicker and more aggressive then my old yz250.

The 450 scares me.

The xr8 fuel pump and injectors and e 85 and tune and ill be in the 400 plus club easy

Xr6 t would require more plus I think I'd go a gtx3576 as well

Like I said

If the only choice I had was manual, xr8 all day erry day. Choice of box then its Barra erry time. The A6 Barra combo has proven to be a real underdog and tough to be but honestly the barra sort of needs an auto to make use of its power under the line advantage.

The aural experience of flogging a manual v8 is worth it alone, that instant liner power delivery will probably deliver a better overall driving experience manual vs manual. You already know this obviously as your talking gtx76's which is going to mean a compromise on top end vs the modded blown 8
