Your breaks go too quickly for me as well. I'm sure it was only a couple days ago you were happy to be going home.

Managed to squeeze in a game of golf, a few games of squash and some indoor rock climbing at least though. Got some new golf clubs recently and I'm REALLY liking my new hybrids. They feel great and I was hitting them really nicely on the course, which is MASSIVE step-up from how I felt about my old ones. I never felt confident with my old ones and never played them well. Definitely happy with my choice.

New golf clubs are awesome. I haven't actually got the hybrids for my current set. Never did well with hybrids before. Never felt I needed to subject myself to trying again. I can use a 5 fairway as a rescue club when needed.

Well when the dude fitted me for my clubs I never got fairway woods and he seemed to reckon I was hitting the "pro" version of the hybrids better...turns out not. Either way, just replaced my driver and hybrids, and added 3 & 5 fairway woods and also a 5 hybrid to close the gap between my 4 hybrid and 5 iron. I've now got a complete set that should last years and see me well into a single figure handicap...hopefully. They actually feel more like playing an iron than a fairway wood.
