Anyone know if the BF and FG radiators are the same (mounting positions etc)?

Want to upgrade my FG turbo (auto) radiator but cant find anything.

Tried calling Fenix today and they don't make one apparently. See plenty for the BFs around.

Maybe pm user name nelsonian101, I think he upgraded his radiator and does track days

I did read somewhere the manual pwr one does fit but it's tight , it just doesn't have the heat exchanger for the auto gearbox built into it like the v8 ones do

I sometimes wonder, with all the potential redundancy going on at work and in the industry at the moment, if a redundancy and some change might do me good. Problem is I've been pretty frivolous since I finished uni (4 years now) and have little more than toys to show for it. Granted, if I sold all my sh*t and got a redundancy I could probably live cheaply for a couple of years...but then I'd have nothing to show for it. Life would be simpler though, just go live somewhere cheap down south, learn how to surf and work at a bakery or some sh*t just to earn some pocket money. Would be a much less stressful life...but I just don't think I could bring myself to do it. I think if I did get made redundant I'd be tempted to sell up and go be a snow bum in Canada for a while...that'd be fun.

Ive been off the radar twice in this life, packed in the job and headed overseas with a round the world air ticket.

First time with my girlfriend, second time with same girl married.

Been married 25 years tomorrow !

We went places that spins me out looking back. (traveled to 47 countries and are in the process of organizing a trip to Europe for our wedding aniversary)

Ive had many jobs in 3 different country's, Ive lived in big citys and small towns, I dont have many regrets.

If you are seriously considering ditching your job, I say do it, dont hesitate .

If you hesitate, next thing you know you'll be up to your eyeballs in debt spending the next 15 to 20 paying off a house.

Life is short, I turned 50 last year.

I dont feel 50.

Time accelerates as you get older, age and time seem to be linked exponentially.

I seriously only feel 38 or 39, but I think that's because I dont have children (one of my regrets)

Stripes, do it.

Get off the radar, have a look around before your time begins to accelerate.

BTW, I have my own house, an investment property and Im just a lowly blue collar worker

I love the sentiment mate, and wish I could be that free spirited...I think if my industry was in a better situation and there was more work then I'd probably do it, but there's so few jobs going at the moment that I sort of want to hold onto the one I've got. This whole situation has given me a bit of insight into why it's more prevalent for me to actual save money rather than just assuming I'll always have my job and just spending money on toys constantly. Also, I wasn't offered redundancy (nor was I asked) so I don't think it'd really even be on the cards.

In saying the above, I'm going to Broome this break but I managed to double book myself and and considering booking flights back to Perth for the bucks on Saturday then back up to Broome on Sunday so I can attend. It's one of my best mates and I said months ago I'd be at his bucks, but managed to not register the date when the old lady suggested going to Broome for her 60th...so yeah, that's a thing :ermm:

True that if redundancies are happening industry wide atm then stay put for sure, unless you fancy working at coles...

Come middle May I might be at Coles.

Involuntary redundancy coming my way, but it's a good thing for me.

Mate if you get enough to weather the storm so to speak than it can actually be a good thing.

Besides coles is choice, think about the mad staff discount on bbq chicken and ciggies lol.....

Sooooo tomorrow I'm doing the biggest presentation of my career so far. Doing our Q4 presentation to the GM coz my manager and senior are both either offsite or on a training course...it's only the draft run through, but I'm quietly sh*tting myself...especially when some of the slides are about stuff I've had literally no involvement in...and it's not a simple case of just read the slides as my manager intentionally keeps the slides free off clutter...but he actually knows everything that's going on in all the different areas...should be fun :ermm:
