With not getting any replies to my emails it was best that we start to find someone else. At that stage it had been nice months I cant wait any more. As a husband and dad of 2 I need to make sure I get my family into house ASAP. Its about know we were hoping to move in but not the case its 11 months 10k down and all we have is paper. We will get back 2k I could of went for more because we went else where but settled for 2k and she keeps 1k for some work she did. With the new mob we're hoping work will start end of this month. They have been great and looking forward to starting and moving in towards the end of the year if not earlier. They said 6 months fingers crossed. On another note I got the work done to my car by the dealership and all it costed me was $40 for the radiator flush. Car fells 100x better with all new rear bushes done nice and stiff. This time round the dealership where what we expect them to be, professional. Down side is I think its cost me a new car. Wife loves the new Kuga and wants one. I said once the house is done that why its garaged. Leaving for holidays tomorrow morning cant wait. State champs here we come.
