Lamb is one of my least favourite meats.I can eat it easy enough.. I just don't enjoy it with the same level of enthusiasm that you apparently are meant to..I actually never willingly get lamb from the butchers.. I'd almost always choose something else if it's on offer.Except for when I was in NZ...this lamb shoulder was the best I've ever had, you could eat it with a spoon, just fell off the bone...lamb quota done for life, supposed to feed 2 or more people...CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
