Very quiet at work this morning, all the managers and tech services peeps flew out yesterday so there's not a whole lot of movement in our office this morning. Gotta be honest, I'm really struggling for motivation at work these days. I'm not learning anything new anymore, other than what I tech myself, so I feel I'm stagnant so I'm just really bored in general...better than being unemployed, but still sh*t.What's happening at your end? Same deal.. Not supposed to be working but trying to get something finished by Tuesday..Work used to be challenging.. Now the only challenge is the time frames which are ridiculous.. I've kinda set everything up so that it requires very little actual real input to maintain the large portion of what is my job. The mine goes have core logging and underground mapping and stuff that NEED doing each day (or at least every second day), where as I don't really have the same constraints and pretty much make up my own work. I've got a work laptop and will be working from home a few days in Feb coz I got tickets to The Eagles concert in Perth, couldn't get away with doing it all the time though.
