Morning all top of the world to ya.

Well just took the car for a spin and I think all seem ok.

Do you think by running the X4 tune through will be ok?

It has 2 tunes

1 - The Jeremy Clarkson Tune, POWER!!.

2 - Volt Tune

Well Well Well........

I went into the dealership this morning and asked to see the general manager.

Salesman why?

I would rather speak to the manager.about it.

Salesman well I need to him why before he'll see you.

Ok the treatment my car received yesterday whilst in the service department. It is a joke.

Salesman goes and gets GM.

I gave the GM a run down and then told him that I have video proof from the dashcam that's in the car. You could tell then his not a happy camper and I dont blame him.

We went to his office where he looked at the footage and took a copy. He was pi55ed off and said not a smart fella hey, nope!! Even more so when he brags to his mates he flog it and spin the wheels.

He offered a free service next time its due but I said you want me to come back here, GM said he understands and will make sure that nothing will happen to the car. It will be hard for me to return.

Overall GM was good about it, in shock and we deal if the people straight away.

I also said social media is huge these days and this is not what you want to get out he agreed.

GM took my name and number and will get back to me.

I'm thinking if I go back the service will consist of

1 - all fluid changed from engine, ZF, Diff, coolant ect ect.

2 - oil fillter

3 - new fronts brakes T3's and SRT pads because that's wants on the car now.

4 - 2 new tyres the same on the car now. invos

5 - diff bushes

anything else you can think of.

Geez Pix you have em by the balls......but.....I think you'll be struggling to get all of that out of the arseholes.

I hope you do though!

Just a thought, ACA(a current affair) loves this sh!t and I'm sure I saw some show just last week on this exact same thing.

Good luck with it all

Hate to be the Naysayer, but if it ever came to it and you hadn't told them they where being recorded the footage wouldn't be worth squat in court.

Buuuuuuuuuuut if you keep your demands reasonable (to the point they wouldn't consider involving lawyers) you have them over a barrel.

Fairly sure that Australian law says that you don't need permission to record a suspected crime or crime in progress.

Someone with more 'first hand' knowledge of this will better answer
