It a great panda!.so nice and an awesome garage under the house for my baby to live... Not Hudo ... My other baby haha...

Hopefully going to put a spa in soon on the massive deck put the back...

Enjoying a wine on the front balcony aswell atm...

That's an unfortunate progression of emotions panda haha. My day was ok, for fly-in day. I went to see a nutritionist on Monday...figured I gotta get away from this diet mentality and start making lifestyle changes. Was really good actually, no calorie counting or "carbs are bad" or anything like that. Basically she told me how many serves of what food groups my body needs each day and what constitutes a server etc. Gave me some ideas for meal plans and sent me away with some blank meal plans to come up with my own eating plan that incorporates all the stuff my body needs and then email it back to her.

All good mate, I'm 27 on Friday. Kinda at the point where I know if I don't sort my shìt out now I'll screw my chance for being healthy when I'm older...plus I'm sick of feeling uncomfortable in my own body. I've previously dieted and exercised hard for a couple of months but then burnt out and CBF. The dietician was really good, she said don't worry so much about exercise etc right now, my priority needs to be getting my meal plans sorted. She said that I'll find once I'm giving my body all the stuff it needs I'll have more energy and be in a better head space and then the exercise will come.
