Gym memories.. My first time using a gym out in the middle of nowhere while away for work./Loaded up squat rack.Assumed position.As soon as I lifted the whole squat rack slid backwards pulling me over with a bar still across my shoulders..Landed incredibly painfully twisted and pinned under a bar with about 80kg on it..Cue gym alpha male..
