As fluffer says, cover it with foil I would cook it at 160 until filling is cooked and nuke it

uncovered for a final crisp for 5 minutes

Not sure how raw inside ? 180 for half an hour covered will be soggy pastry

It may take some extra time to cook the filling but it still can be saved.

Whenever chicken is involved u always take the cooking time and temp... Cover it with foil ...

Then add another 20-30% or so on uncovered to brown...

That's just me though lol
