It's just work I've taken on that needs to be done..But they top up the paypacket because every hour I work past my standard hours = overtime monies..Basically I work on an 160 hour (4 week period)month.. And no matter whether I work 6 hours one day and 15 the next at the end of the month anything past 160 hours get paid out as overtime..
