Bosses tend to take note of the bad sh*t you've done more than any overtime or sacrifices you've made during the year.This 100%. We spent a whole week and long hours fixing and cleaning the store room as much as possible. Got it the best it's been in 3 years and all he did was complain about a flat top trolley left with 5 boxes on it. There mother f*ckersGot a certificate for Friday and Monday. Out of respect to my boss and the fact I don't want to be caught out by him or anyone else from work.
