We have a new system which came in 2 weeks ago that she can't adjust shifts or hours anymore so pretty much bad luck for me. Then said because I'm only pt I can only do 144h in 4 weeks. I was at 119 before even starting yesterday which makes me already 1 hour over that I don't get paid if I do my roster. Lucky I know now as I was about to do a full week again so I would have been not paid for 2 days this week if I was to do the hours I've been doing.
