I then had to do 2 tests an aptitude test and a forklift test and watch a silly dvd afterwards all on the basis that I "might get the job" but there was 7 people there lined up. But obviously you are one of the few who recognises he's both your mate and your boss.. I tried employing a few mates years ago and they always seemed to forget the fact there was an employer/employee relationship during the week and got stuck in the whole 'getting pissed together on nights off' mentality:: Edit: should add there are a couple of my mates I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.. They just work in different fields to me so it's very unlikely we'll ever work together.
