I've had the same thing from the same place a few times before and didn't get sick. Maybe a one off thing where someone stuffed up. It could happen anywhere but it's still unacceptable.

I also could have been the only one last night or there could have been many others. It all depends on how far along the bacteria has spread. Finally, it may not have happened just last night. Maybe a person gets sick once a week, month, year. Unless you have this information you don't know if employees are being negligent or not.

I think it's also worth mentioning what the period between consumption and getting the squirts needs to be.

Quite commonly people will eat dinner around 7:00pm, throw up at 9:00pm and blame their dinner.. But most food borne bacteria needs to be in your system for 8 - 24 (Sometimes longer) hours before you start shooting out the back end or firing out the front.

We had a case recently of a work party where 80% of our workforce was off sick 2 days later.. All with Vomiting and Diarrhea..

Just a touch.. I didn't get sick.. But I was drinking rum triples most of the night so I don't think any bacteria survived in my stomach..

Can safely say that company is in a world of hurt..

Though I should add that I found it quite funny..

Most of the staff were living in share houses.. 5 people, 1 bathroom and they were all firing out both ways.
