Maccas is a lot of money up front and I believe there is also a requirement of any potential store owners to do a certain amount of work for a Maccas Franchise prior to them letting you buy it..

However it is a pretty good money printer.. And I know a couple places where I'd build one if I had the $$$

Not saying I like the product, but the masses do and that's all that matters. Looked at Pizza Capers but their turnover is crap and I deal with their head entity frequently at work and they are proper cnuts.

High volume low margin is where it's at.

And yeah Maccas is certainly where the cream is but you have to go big.

purchased the XC60

Oh no...not an ovlov

You want a pizza shop then either buy an established one or start from scratch. None of that franchise crap.

Why is a franchise crap?

Yes there are sh*tloads of fees and royalties, but considering what you get in return it can be worth it as far as marketing and branding etc.

There is no way old Giuseppe down the road in his run-down old shop makes anywhere near the same level of net profit.

PIzza capers down the road has downsized twice, they are nothing more than a pick up counter now and usually very quiet. They are also cnuts. Dominos in the same suburb always has people in it, and out of the big pizza chains this store in particular are on their game, keeps me coming back.

And when business is a little slow send the junior out the front to shake the sign.
