He is just simply fed up with it all now, so is dropping his claim against it all and taking it on the chin.Not sure what truth is in that, but if he is indeed innocent and has been constantly accused and harrassed about suposedly using drugs, I don't blame him for just giving in to it all if it takes him out of the spotlight and ends all the drama.
