The rear mains leak like a fcuken siev, which is fairly expensive to fix. IE gearbox out.

Other than that, not a bad car. You kinda cant go wrong buying Japanese.

 Go a Pulsar! They are awesome. I had an N13 and an N15 while on my P's and never had one problem.

The SSS was a standout and you can still pick one up with around 100,000ks for $10,000 to $12,000. They're bulletproof with an SR20DE in em.

nothing wrong with these...I've done nearly 300k since I bought new in

99...I commute 160klms daily to & from work and have only replaced

rear wheel bearings..still on the original brake linings, other than normal

routine servicing nothing has failed...3 other people at work also use them for

commuting & no-one has encounted the rear main seal leak that someone

mentioned earlier. something to consider is the fuel usage which is outstanding

as I regulary get in excess of 740klms per tank.

I think they could be a rebadged charade they are a very similar shape and I dont think she well be doin to many hektic skids cos shes pretty hectic on the road as it is. lol

Very true.

My SSS N15 was and still is bulletproof. Never had a problem with it.

$10,000 is about right. that's what I just sold mine for. 115,000km on the clock.

We had basically the same car mate...mine was same colour too :beerchug:

I loved that car! It went like stink! I stuck a pod filter on it and it screamed louder than my VTEC Euro!

After me and the Mrs had our first, it had to be replaced the XR6 I just sold, but yeah, fantastic little car that one! Nissan seem to make some pretty bloody good cars, and engines. I'll be getting a Twin Turbo V6 next, but it sure as hell won't be a Ford! :stirthepot:
