Those screens are stupid and kill more turbos than they save. that's no good mate. Make sure that they replace it as its their fault. How old is the car? I'm in two minds about this - but I work at Peter Warren, not in service, but in sales. If all the servicing has been done with us and the car is still in warranty, you should get a new turbo - also, is it modified? Generally Ford service and warranty claiming is a never ending BS battle. Good luck with it and hope you are still in your warranty period otherwise dont bother.I.B. No mods carried out at all. Car is stock.Warranty ran out about 1 and half years ago.Nobody wanted to hear about it until I threatened further action now they want to mediate.Its just not fair how this works.
