R-Spec - is yours not the 2L Euro-R?? so its the 2.4?? still a great car which ever way.

My cousin has the previous shape Jap delivered accord Euro-R the 2.2. I never used to like hondas till I drove a manual high power Vtec. they are great little engines.

It's an '04 2.4lt VTEC, Hondata flashed ECU @ Jtune for 132kw atw, custom CAI into pod, a Jap imported genuine factory full Euro-R bodykit (even the fog lights are genuine!), Jap imported Prodrive 6.9kg 17" rims, Jap imported Honda factory racing suspension (complete replacement), Cusco sways, Cusco strut brace, Apexi RSM, and a few other bits and peices.

Great engine, great car. Never had an issue with it and it's only done 59,000ks.

Honest Gaza - what is the mazda 6 like to drive around in? New shape right, 2.5L? liftbacks are a great shape I had a tx5i telstar they are a great car.

Having difficulty getting comfortable in the seat as there are too many settings available to the driver :roflmbo:

Handles nicely, feels solid.

In regards to the new shape, I probably prefer the previous model.

Sounds like you're enjoying it so far, good stuff!

Probably best that you traded in the Commo if you didn't like it, nothing worse than being stuck in a POS you hate!

Out of curiosity, how does the new Mazda 6 go against the old version? I borrowed one for a weekend a while ago, and although it was a nice car, I found it to be utterly gutless!

I can't compare it to the previous model so I don't know how it lines up next to it. (Obviously it is lacking a little when compared to the XR6T :buttrock: )

So far very happy though as it is mainly used between Liverpool and Frenchs Forest (M7 / M2) and the XR6T would certainly be using up a hell of a lot more fuel.....as it did for the first 4 years that I had it. The SV6 was helping me out there a little in relation to petrol....but not enough to overcome my other dislikes.

I've got a Honda too. An Accord Euro. Couldn't regard a Honda high enough. They're an awesome car and with the $5000 Honda racing suspension on my one, it out handles my F6!

ha ha ha ha. oh gosh. put in my place. I have a $250 binjer for a second car and think its awesome and this bloke pulls out his new model accord. I almost thought of buying a euro 7th gen over the t. I love em in graphite with leather and a set of 20 inch chromies. jelousy is a curse rspec
