I did have plans for internals but its just all too much $$$ involved. Just going to leave it where it is for now. Not sure yet if I'll even upgrade to 19"s yet or just keep the 17"s and just go for a cheaper brake upgrade then the brembo's.

Got to stop spending money on this thing sometime and start putting that money towards things that will make me money.

yer I know what you mean but my mate has a godzilla gtr with 500hp at the wheels and I have to beat him

Reading this thead brings back bad memories, Sorry daggo

I too spent close to 10K at Slackos :flick_flex:

Everything he put on the car has now be replaced. (except valve springs)

Unichip

Exhaust

42' injectors

clutch

And a few other bits and pieces

End result was 326hp on Slackos dyno and 330 hp on MCE dyno it does not read that much lower!

And his excuses why he could not produces the bigger numbers like other tuners over east at the time was that they have better fuel and better quality of air. :buttrock:

I see you have the edit, Does tim do his own tuning with the CAPA software?

Unless things have changed alot (this was back Jan 06)I would recommend you take you car else where.

-have you replaced the gear because you went higher hp?

-with the tune yer he does emm himself with the capa software and there isnt much difference then I dont know who to believe now I spose all that matters is who you beat!

-might have a look around but they are priced quite well there!

Well done with the T mate... But you guys need more cylinders. :) (9psi 370rwkw)

thanks mate.

yer true but we have other benefits over xr8 1 being fuel and also I am guessing more low down torque

sounds nice. cant believe he set you up with a phase 3 and sent you out with a stock clutch!

yer wasnt the smartest thing to do he seemed to think it would hold up for a while, but had no chance
