Just did this and got one Q's.

If ya just put a screw in the small vac line. Do you do anything to the hole on the bov that it was originally plugged onto?

Thanks

Leave that little hose where it is. Just unplug the plumb back hose and block it, twist the BOV around and clamp the filter on. Done and done... :fear (5):

Took it for a spin last night. And with the bov vented into a litttle monza filter. I get tututututu. Louder than normal, sounds pretty good with 10psi. But I thought with it vented, it woudn't surge anymore and just here ppsshhh. Am I wrong?

Nah it still does both. I was disappointed with that too. I think it's because the bov is too small to vent everything or something like that?

Just did this mod today.

took the stock BOV off and blocked both pipes off with the rubber stoppers.

I just relised that I didnt do anything with t-piece that the small pipe from the top of the BOV connects to.

I just left it open, is that bad??

also, I get the psshht sound now, a little more loauder than stock. How can I get that tututututu sound??

to get the flutter, buy a straight pipe (from super cheap or something) and run that off the crossover with a pod filter at the end.

(where your airbox sits)

too easy

also with that small pipe, that's your vaccum line, don't leave it open just block the end of the pipe with a screw and tie it shut with some tape or some straps
