The theory being that venting it through a big bov gets rid of more then circulating it back into the intake. I just blocked the BOV and it's a fair bit quieter than having a 10mm outlet. I am thinking that I will put it back to venting to atmo. The concern I have however is that when vented the BOV is releasing air when the engine is idle, I wonder if the BOV is faulty? And if this is the case perhaps it could be letting unfiltered air in too?
