my around town driving is upto 19.4L hehe... and i havent been into it much lately!!

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Mine used to lie cronically too after being edited. Simon from Xtreme told me to disconnec the battery and leave it for 12 hours.(i believe he said it resets the short and long term trims...or sumpin like that). we tested the afr's the day after that and they where extrenly stable and fuel consumption and accuracy of trip computer reading both improved. i always fuel up at 80k's to empty and use the ltrs filled to calculate my consumption and its always within .5 of a ltr of the trip counter.

oh yeah back on topic i average 15.5/6 ltrs per 100... :spoton:

.

Yer but yours was a little different mate, yours had been running 10.1 afrs (AT IDLE) from the previous 2 tuners and was lucky to get 200 kms to a tank, when I corrected the afrs when I did the tune on it I said you needed to reset the pcm's trims to get rid of the old trims that where trying to correct the bad tune done previously.

:spoton:

Then it was SWWEEETTTT :msm:

I have been averaging about 240km's city driving on a full tank after custom tune, injectors, full exhaust and 2nd CAI.

What is the norm after this level of tuning?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

What is everyones Average Speed. that's the true story.

Mine is currently 33km with average fuel 18.6. I do alot of city driving. If I reset my computer and do a combination of cruising and traffic and flogging it I can have it at 15L

On the 33km average speed I get about 330 - 300 a tank and fill up is about 55 litres.

Its the 1st and 2nd gears that kill you in traffic. Even if you baby it the Inst trip goes upto 20L

How do you get your average speed...???

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Just keep cycling through the trip computer (that little button on the right hand side of the dash). It cycles through Distance to Empty (as if it would know!) (kms), time with ignition on (hrs:mins), average speed (km/h), average L/100kms, and instantaneous L/100kms and back to DTE again.
