I warn you its boring... but its my rant.Pulled into a very busy BP running on vapor, got to the bowser and it wouldnt pump. I know the attendent has to activated it, I see he is busy so I patiently wait. There is a line behind me out onto the curb. I pull the nozzle a few more time so it beeps to let him know I am there, as I can see him through the window and he has not acknowledged my presence. I wait some more, and just as I am begining to get slightly annoyed, he points at me and beckons me to come inside. Fair enough I walk toward the shop. Halfway I look up and he is waiving his arms around. I stop... confused. He yells something over the speaker. Me and other customers look around confused. He does the pump symbol with his hands. I go back to the pump and find it is not totally hung up, fair enough. I go back inside. It is now he informs me that I have to pre pay for fuel. Why I ask? Because my car is not registered in victoria. What, I ask?. Because you may steal it. I then ask, "so because my car is registered interseate, I am more likely to steal fuel at 4pm in broad daylight in front of a packed servo, having had my rego and my face seen by security cameras just like every victorian?". Yes he says. I tell him that I have been in victoria for work for 8 months and fuel the car every week, and this has never ever been an issue. Its the rules he says. So because I have an interstate registered vehicle which is just as traceable as any other car on the road, I am a thief. Yes he says. I walk out, drive out to the Shell across the road where I see him watching me fill up and pay without incident. This really f*ckin shat me. I really had to do everything in my power to just leave without voicing my opinion.

The look and reaction I got by the two Indian's behind the counter, I felt as if I was in India, and was speaking a foreign language (English).
