Im running the Atomic Stage 4 cams in my FG and without a doubt, they are lumpy.

Ive put mine in without waiting for the full Atomic motor.

Karls F6 does sound tuff with the cams.

thanks for the replies guys, ill have to wait until I get back from the japan trip to get the ball rolling financially. going by atomics website the stage 4 cams are the biggest to use with the standard vct actuators? :beerchug:

I was never going to bother with cams, but with the newer FG profiles and pcm controlled Atomic cams I thought it would be interesting to see what everybody is doing. What are advantages of changing cams other than a small power increase? I think anything that improves spool and makes the same or more power on a given boost level is worth looking into. What have you guys noticed with cam changes?

I'm also curious because there has been headwork done; would I be me making the most of the headwork if I'm still using standard BA cams?

better top end, as for worth it it depends on the total cost

can make 500+ rwkw without them so most dont bother....
