Hi all I am a new R-Spec owner coming from a GTP I hope I don't miss

the V8 sound. Looking forward to the F6 hope it will be enjoyable as the GTP has been.

Cheers Keith.

Top stuff Keith :flick_flex: aboard!

Where abouts are you?

That V8 rumble will disappear from your memory once you leave one in the dust!

Hi, Welcome Redman.

You made the right choice.

I also chose the RSpec F6 after tesdriving a GT Boss 302 (after it was run in), and- there's no comparison!

The sound these things make flat out will make ya get up and dance :spoton:

Enjoy, they just get better and better! :buttrock:

Hi ya Keith - I'm a newbie as well......

Came across from a VE Bogan special :stickpoke: Most unreliable POS I have ever driven......

I'm really enjoying the Typhoon and I do miss the v8 sound but the turbo torque more than makes up for that.

Typhoon is still stock and I'm racking by brains over the Mods Vs Warranty situation

Cheers

John

I have had 3 Phoons and modded them all. Nothing has ever broken, although I don't try to do 10 sec quarter miles. The chances of something breaking are very minimal if you use the right tuner and get quality parts. There have been countless XR6 turbos heavily modded with very few problems. You know the old adage guys "WHEN IN DOUBT JUST DO IT" Unless you intend to thrash the guts out of the car you will be fine. They are much more more fun with 280+ RWKW
