Adjusting Boost Flash Tune

ok this may be a stupid question cause I am pretty sure you cant but can you put a boost control on xr6t if I have the ford flash tune unit or is it stuck to the 15psi that was put into the tuner box.

Is your car tuned at 15psi with a flash tuner and your wanting to put a boost controller on to adjust boost down?

yer flash tuner box is at 15 psi want to adjust car up 1, 2psi

you can do what you are asking to do but I would reccomend doing it on a dyno with all the correct meters and monitoring equiptment hooked up.

at higher boost levels its easy to blow the motor.

best not to go past the tuners set point as far as boost goes.

if you are confident that the afr`s and timing are ok then a little more boost may help but if you dont know what your doing it could end up in a costly disaster.

thanks for that I wont be adjusting it then take her in for retune.
