Best and safest thing to do (other than a tow truck) is join the pipes up... a 2.5inch flexy hose from supercheap will work, just make sure it seals so you dont suck in any dust and crap.

It will drive fine this way but dont get on boost as with no cooler intake temps will be huge and it will ping.

This way the turbo is spooling and working with the correct presure throught it... they can be damaged if the spool into the open

It wont be a problem, just drive it. I've driven plenty of times when the pipes have disconnected. I sometimes even tune the motor N/A load points with the pipe disconnected and it wont overspin the turbo. Its no big deal.
