I'm in Nowra mate. Other question for you all, they're after $34990 for it, 15000K, May 06, man, stock interior, polished intercooler?(havent asked details about mods yet). From what you have seen or valued does this sound like a decent price? Alreadychecked redbook etc, but they are usually a bit off current values.

oh, and never driven or been in a T, going to test drive tomoz.

Last year Jan I bought my BF MK1 demo with 7042kms on the clock for $36990. So I reckon you can get it down more than that.

Having only recently bought a Turbo I occasionally get the what if thoughts when I hear an XR8 with a great exhaust note but as has been said, you quickly forget that when the foot gets buried.

BUT, it is your choice!!!

I agree with 1 to 5 when I hear a V8 I always think how good is that. But when I get into my BA Turbo it never fails to to make me happy which I've had now for 5 years. Originally it was a 4 year lease but loved it that much I extended for another year.

I am basically ready to order a new FG Turbo but the V8 did cross my mind but only for a minute. Plus after talking to Pat (Senna) he helped make up mind even more to stick with the turbo. Let me tell you it surprises most people who are into eights when they pull along side one or have a drive of one.

after the drive, all will be clear! I took my GF's dads GT in for service today, he has a custom tune in it running around 280rwkw - and to be honest, the sound s freakin awesome! but I remember when my car was at 280, the acceleration was much more and your eyes get wider much quikedr in the T. Like many others here, the only reason I would have a V8 is because of the sound!

See if its got the stronger rods. If you are lookin at modding it heavily, it will be cheaper in the end. I think that would be worth thinkin about mate. If that one has, that would be a big bonus.

I wouldn't listen to pat for advice I reckon he could talk you into buying a Kia Rio if he tried

:outahere:

He didn't disagree so perhaps you have triggered a guilty conscience :ermm:

With the exception of Jeff and Saleen's Boss's, the majority of V8's are the toughest dogs behind glass. You get them because of the noise. And dear o dear they sound freakin awesome!
