XR6T8080 Member 398 Member For: 18y 4m 12d Gender: Male Posted 16/03/08 01:48 PM Share Posted 16/03/08 01:48 PM I thought id ask everybodys opinion of this, as I was having a chat with a mate the other day and I came to relize that the current state of global affairs is just about mirroring what went on before WW1 and WW2... world finances are in the sh*t (more so US economy), oil is over 100 a barrel, many more things, also just watched Lions for Lambs which freaked me out abit too. Things are very touch and go everywhere in the world at the moment.am I the only one who thinks that World War 3 could be right around the corner??? Ive been saying for a while we've had it too good for too long (particularly here in australia). somethings got to give.It was the state of the worlds economy that helped trigger WW2, much like it is in the sh*t now. Who are they and what is their job?Going to get ugly? I think it's been ugly for a very long time. Ever since humans adopted a self-centred and ego-centric attitude, the slide has been down hill. I think it's safe to say that people in general don't want the kind of world we live in, and don't like the way it is going. What are we doing about it? There are many movements and causes different people adopt. While some of the causes do some good, the problems not only continue but are getting worse it seems. I find these things rather interesting.Especially now, The US economy is down the pooper, Wait until they go into recession and introduce the athero.
