With that stall most of your time will be in the higher revs so by removing them your only going to effect the torque produced at low rpm. There will be no effect higher in the revs because the air can constantly flow thru the shorter path...It could actually disrupt the flow, due to the two different paths the air can travel, in your case there wont be a turbo there to overcome this (just thinking out loud, so this may not be the case)If your serious about it I would suggest getting your hands on the nitto plenum because that uses its own runners rather then the factory ones and they are much shorter - allowing you to get more top end torque (along with a retune of coarse)...
