yes! that's the one!!! how cool is it!!!!!!

Im going to get this: http://www.ssinductions.com.au/products/Ford-FG-Triple-Gauge-Holder.html

And then I need 3 gauges :/ im thinking these gauges:

http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online-store/products/SAAS-Gauge-Black-Face-52mm-Volt.aspx?pid=288075#Cross

Only because they can change colours and they're cheap haha, but also so if they screw out I can take them back to a shop.

I've seen some online, but they range in price up to like 800 for a set of 3 :/

Wow that's a sexy car! I hope its there when I go see Kit 2moro!

Hey Mcinnes I wouldn't go those saas gauges, they look pretty tacky and there's heaps of options out there!

Plus if I remember correctly they're mechanical gauges but don't hold me too that. You definitely want electric for at least the oil ones, and if possible the boost.

I'll give you a look at mine next weekend. I got prosport gauges. Paid $250 for the gauges, made the gauge holder for about $80 and installed them myself! The gauge holder's a little rough but it's not too bad, love the gauges though and spot on accurate!

MCINNES - you don't need a turbo timer mate. Follow these three simple steps if you want your turbo to survive:

1. Don't thrash the living christ out of your car and then immediately switch the car off, allow a couple of minutes of calm driving to cool down.

2. Change your oil regularly ie. every 5000 - 7500km; and,

3. Install an Earls turbo feed line with in-line filter.

The turbo feed line is just like security. There's a line that runs from the motor to the turbo to supply the core with oil and there's a filter in the start of the line to stop crap going into your turbo but because the filter is so fine it has been found to clog up and starve the turbo of oil meaning it blows. The earl's line has a bigger filter and also is a braided line and is meant to stop this block up occurring.

It's not guaranteed that the filter will clog up but running a tuned car means the turbo spins even faster so I'd hate for the turbo to be starved of oil. The line is $150 and can be changed yourself if you're good with tools, otherwise it would probably cost $300 installed from a shop
