LOL when I put the foot down when I was test driving the car the mrs almost had a heart attack at the speed and I didnt even give it much lol. I actually know of a person who works at Gen Tech in Mitchell, Nathan is his name he is part of my step sons family funnily enough. Was checking out there prices before seem to be a little exy in price though.

I am by no means a car expert and I wont pretend I know as much as the next person about them either, and to be honest I really can't do much to my car anyway being that it is still under warranty and my wife insisted that we get the extended warranty with the car as well. So 4 years to go before I can consider doing any major mods anyway. I am impressed with the performance how it is anyway. I went for a cruze out the back of tharwa the other day with a couple of mates in the car and we did some tests with the car to see how it would perform. I guess what most impressed us all was the fact that we could get from 0 to 100 kmh in a standing start position with 4 adults in the car in just under 6 seconds, damn why do you really need to upgrade. For a stock car well I am assuming that it is stock that's pretty impressive. Over all I am impressed with the car love the look and love the performance overall its a great car. I keep having to find a reason to leave the house so I can take it for another drive lol.

Welcome mate! I have a black FG with nsw rego. I live in watson, uni at acton and work in Kingston so keep an eye out and pull me over to say hi, very rarely in a rush to go anywhere lol

After you get your prices from the Canberra tuners, price up some from Sydney. You will be suprised how much cheaper sydney can be. There are more tuners, so they compete for your dollar. My work is done in Sydney now. Love it, drop the car off and go see friends, pick it up in the afternoon.

This is true. I've gotten quotes off both ESP and Gentech, didn't wanna look at other ACT tuners because I only want to use guys with experience with our cars. Got some rough prices from sydney and yea much cheaper and probably do a slightly better job but catch is if something goes wrong, have fun gettin a tow to sydney lol.

But in saying that I'm heading down to Melbourne in July and in the process of talking to Mick from Pitlane because from what I've read he really knows his sh*t! But Gentech is still on the cards for me.

Definite +1 for a cruise or even catch up in the city or dickson or something. So we have 2 nitro FG's, a white G6et, a Black B series and my black FG. That's enough to get started lol.

Plus a black turbo territory and a fg mk2 xr6t in kinetic both with NSW plates hiding in the Gungahlin area

Not so big on cruises into areas that attract unwanted attention. Maybe a mini snowy mountains day trip or a day out to Sutton driving training centre is more my style but very time poor with a daughter playing rep sport and 2 other kids each with their own interests making me feel more like a taxi

With regard to the ZF service - I had mine done at ESP in mid September, the box had seen 74000kms and I thought it time to freshen up the Dex6. While they were at it, I had a steel pan and custom ZF6 tune installed. The gearbox now feels very fresh and the shifts snappier. Overall I would say I am very happy with the way it performs and would recommend getting the tune done, to anyone.

Hi everyone yeah im keen for a cruise. Would have to agree though that we really dont need to be getting any extra attention from police by going to places like Braddon or Civic. Would preffer to go for a cruise out to Bungendore then maybe on to Braidwood. We could pull into the bakery in Braidwood and get a nice pie and something to drink. Much better roads to go for a cruise on more windy roads a little more fun indeed. Then we could all have a nice cruise back to our homes from there. In any case im keen regardless someone just has to set a date and then I will see if I can make it

Jono - the weekend of 23 and 24 is good for me. However, I could only make it later in the day, due to family commitments. As much as the kids love a boost, they are a handful to manage when unleashed from their child seats....lol.....and I would then spend more time chasing them about then talking sh!t with you boyz.
