I'm gonna be the odd one out here, I got mine for 23k over a year ago fully optioned sep sunroof with 76k on it. But hey it's up to you mate.

How would you gain experience with powerful cars if you never bought one??

also I dont think xr6T's are that wild to drive stock

the power delivery is so linear

Lol yeah as long as you don't f*ck with traction control, that sh*t can be dangerous.

I always run TC off

that's mostly because after a edit TC is rooted

in the dry there fine but in the wet you need to carefull but that really goes for any car

Yeah I learnt the hard way mate, light it up doing a u bolt with TC on, bout half way round TC cut in but id didn't take my foot of the gas. So as soon as it straightened up and the rears got some grip 5 grad launch straight across the road and fishtailing all over the place trying to catch it. Needless to say TC stays of now.

I.B.'s talking on the road general driving experience the stuff that keeps you from getting injured or killed....

Going by the fact that the OP says there a 3rd year apprentice and your usually round the 17-18 years old mark at that stage.

So lets not go down this WELL worn path and get back on topic please.

cheerz guys I thionk im gonna go 4 it. im just 20 and ive been cruising in a fairly warm td cortina which ran a high 13 as my daily diver, race speedway and have done a lot of gravel road driving and cutting up so I like to think im ok with the driving side of things. ill probably keep it for a couple of yrs the upgade to a typhoon when I go up north.

my TC story is worse then yours I am actually ashamed I got beat by a bommodore turning right at a set of lights :(

we were both turning right and I could tell he wanted my lane so I booted it and so did he and about half way through the intersection TC came on and the car just went mental
