Simply connect the pump inlet to a modified sump system run it thru a mesh screen then your filter at which time he can add a detergent/deodorant and then no waste water. I.e If you loved your children you'd get the bin "sanitized" it's only $15This little plan shouldn't cost your mate more than $5000 for advertising, heck, may even get some free advertising on today tonight if he appears as an "Expert" all worried about the poor kids he's trying to save by "sanitizing" the wheelie bins. The unit he is looking at is totally enclosed and has a 4 step filtration system including ozone and UV. It has a 600lt water carrying cap and can clean 4000 bins befor changing the water.
