Im with you John K. I though it was ridiculous for it to shift that way when I first got the car. I really hated it actually.. give it about a month and pretty much changing them without thinking about natually.

I would still prefer it the other way though as there really isnt too much gforce

John, you do remember I said if you didn't post pics I would ban you don't you? Where are they?

The manual shift feature is the way it should be. The idea is when you are slowing down weight is pushing forward so that's the direction for downshifting. When you are accelerating weight is being pushed back so you pull back to up shift.

The dealer is picking it up on Monday to get the windows tinted. Should look very nice.

BTW, I'll get used to the shifter. More driving time is required!

Thanks John!

I really like it! I'm glad I went for silk after seeing that pic. It fits well with the highlights and wheels. Dark windows should look really nice also.

Mine should be ready the week before Easter.

Looks great John, Congrats.

I do like the runout styling changes, the subtle dark accents on the front and rear lips and sideskirts, along with the wheels

I agree some dark tint will set it off, go for darkest legal 30% I think.

That is EXACTLY what I ordered in January before I got the F6. They wouldn't make me a manual at the factory so I cancelled the order and then a got taken away by aliens and was brain washed into buying an R Spec.

Looks mint!
