Ford Warranty - Help Please

Ford,Nobody knows your car like we do.Look like alot of people are in the same boat.No chance of getting the owe cars repaired not even at there 3rd go,& that counts me in aswell. I would give it to Toyota to fix more of a chance of them doing it right than these clowns.Dosnt anyone from ford head department give a sh*t.

Just write a formal complaint, then give them 7 days to reply. Once you have done that, and still havent got the issu fixed get it fixed by somone else then invoice Ford. But you must write a formal letter first and give them 7 days.

well, my new bf turbo ute seems to make funny noises when reversing. Just knocks about from rear, from, not sure where exactly, especially going down my drive way.

the hard cover hasn't been put on properly, leans on all sides, so gotta get them to fix that @ 3000kms service.

my old ba went to ford 12 times for same problem....handbrake, Still wasn't fixed, traded the thing with the problem still on it

Yeah give this a go, im sure Ford will even reimburse you in cash right after they turn up to your home to personaly apologise for all the inconveinences.

I have apedders suspension next to work(good guys) and I dropped my T over to them to do a saftey chceck and they recon taht ALL the T's have a problem with the control arm bushes and it eventually causes a noise! he said I have it, but I havent had a noiuse yet, quoted me 450 to fix all worn rubbers. I dont know my self but I trust these guys,

might help ya, like u said even if u take it to a suspension placxce and send ford the bill!

mate... I reckon it may take them another 12 visits to rectify the problems too! but it would have been fixed straight away if you didn't pay for it till it was right... (easier said than done though, we all make that mistake)........ how's the new job buddy, enjoying your nights off? thursday night regulars saw you do a drive by in the new ute =!!!

Hey bud,

Always address it to the Dealership Manager (but found out the name of that dealership manager). Because you have already addressed the issue with the Ford servicing department verbal, and you haven’t got the issue resolved properly. Ensure you do the letter professional but tell them what you expect out of there service. Example, tell them now they have basically ph*cked you round. You want a loan car which is the same as your car or better. You want to make sure the loan car has a full tank of fuel and is clean. When they ring you up to let you know that your car is ready you want it checked by the manager and want the car clean in and out.

If you address the letter right you will get the result you are looking for. Just remember the dealership manager hasn’t got time to ensure his staffs are doing the job properly. If you can point out that if it aren’t fix this time properly, you will take it to a external contractor and invoice ford for the cost. But make it clear that if the invoice is not paid within 7 days you will be taking legal action to the small claim tribunal.

Be direct and don't go over it. I've learnt to structure my letters in such a way, you get what you are after and a little bit back for the pain in the arse you had to go through.
