Hi guys, I have recently bought a xr6 turbo ute and when I put my foot down the car will 'jolt' and not come into boost properly. It doesnt happen all the time but when it does it p***** me off!!! Also the other day I turned on the car and started driving and stopped at an intersection and it completely cut out and wouldnt start. Gave it a couple of minutes and it started again and drove perfect. I have taken it to mechanics, a genuine ford dealer and they cannot find a thing.

Thanks, please reply to this or to josh_hos@hotmail.com not the email supplied on here. Josh

Only $170?

HP-F charged me around $300 to replace the tps, I started the car one morning & when I put it in gear the engine light came on and it got real lumpy?

Same thing happened a month later but I haven't had the sensor replaced this time.

Why do they kill the tps so easily? My car only has 60000k's on it?
