I financed list price on the RSpec but got a big discount via trade in.

I got $12k off via factory bonuses which went to pay out the lease on my BFMkIIT (which was $42k vs a trade in of $30k) with 50kkm on the clock.

I was happy to walk from one lease on the T to the same monthly payment on th RSpec but just over a year longer on Term.

And yeah...all write off on Tax, depreciation is my freind.

$51,200 drive away with window tint, headlight & bonnet protectors, and twin windsheilds :cleanhouse: .

If you go for one Dags check it doesn't have the 1cm gap under the drivers side headlight :o

Got a call from Daniel at Brad Garlics chasing if I got one yet or not... they have 2x manuals for $54,000 drive away- without asking for anything off that was just a flat out call...

Called Gavin at Alto for a mate that got behind the wheel of mine and asked for a quote on one also.... They have a couple left, looks like the mate is heading in tomorrow - sub $54,000.... Drive away!!!

Got to love Alto!!!

:) Hope this helps!!!

ok, all I'm gonna say is that any dealer selling a R-Spec for less than $54,000 is losing money, please don't try and screw them, just buy the damn thing! $54,000 is more than $14grand discount from full retail price - end of story

I agree with Adam.

Nobody is forcing them to sell the car. What they may lose on the car price, they will more than make up on a tradein or options.

I do not shead any tears of poverty for car dealers. They screw more than be screwed, so they will come out in front overall.

The job of a car salesman is to get the highest possible price for the car as far as the business is concerned.

We, as buyers, want to pay the least amount possible.

Finding a happy medium is the challenge!
