Bit hot for loctite mate....

Get some proper metal "squish" type locknuts and use high temp antisieze on the threads and under the flange of the nuts. This ensures when you torque them up the torque is correct and not reduceded due to binding of the threads/nut flange on the manifold. I also believe having a proper metl gasket between the turbo and manifold reduces the amount of tension/loosening stress in te bolts.

mines been like that for over 30000k's since the new motor went in with no issues.

Try nordlock washers put them on mine never had a drama since, we use them at the mines so they cant be too bad. heres the link for your nearest dealer. http://www.coventryfasteners.com.au/covent...s_locations.htm

Thanks for that Tom, coventry fasteners not far from where I live. will drop in and get some for a trial.
