guys my engine light keeps comming on..took it back to the dealer on wednesday and they re did the computer or whatever they do and it was high revs at idol but then on saturday it came on again. anyone else had this problem?

usually means that your O2 sensor is playing up. correct me turbo owners if I'm wrong but it should be on your dump pipe. It plugs into your loom so with your car off unplug it check the connection plug it back in and try again.

I believe this fault requires a hard reset by ford. In other words the problem might go away but the light will still be there. They have to plug in their Jesus box and reset it...again correct me someone if I'm wrong

well yer that what I thought it mite have been. they plugged that boxy thing into it and reset it and it was fine for like 3 days then came back grrrrr

Hope you keep those rims well locked up! if they were mine I would have all the wheel nuts replaced with lock nuts each using a different key bit! :P

yer im gonna steal the ones off my commo and put em on then go and get another set so I got 2 lock nuts and 3 normal lol

Sounds like the classic O2 sensor problem chikT....your fuel economy would be rather ordinary too. But then you may not notice that given the excitement of a new vehicle :bum:

yer I have to wait until I sell the commo to get it all fixed up..gonna spend a bit getting it up to 300..what gear box would I have in it, dont know if im drivin a T5 or a T56 lol, is there an easy way to tell?

T-5 is a 5 speed manual

T-56 is a 6 speed manual Pretty sure these were in from BF onwards
