Well first check would be battery voltage to make sure that is alright. Another simple step would be disconnect the battery leave it off for 5-10mins then connect back up and see if that makes any difference.

Start with all the free and cheap things.

Now that I think about it you may have hit the nail on the head with the battery I looked up when I bought and its almost 3 years old mix that with the fact the car has not been run for 3 weeks we may have a winner. either way I think I should get a new battery so im going to give that a shot and if that does not work ill recheck everything I have done for the second time and if its still not working ill come back on hear and    about it

I bought some inconel studs and stage 8 nuts.

I took all the heat shields off but it seems like you can't replace the studs with these ones (slightly too long) with the turbo and manifold still in place.

I think it will all have to come out, which means a Saturday job, not a 9pm at night job :(

Is it hard to fit the stage 8 fasteners while the turbo is attached?

Mine is removed with the manifold but I see you can't fit the bottom two studs and fasteners while it's out as the turbo bracket needs to be bolted inbetween.
