What bolts or studs are people using to replace the stockers?

Want to use these on the turbo

or will just normal studs and copper locking nuts be ok?

Also what to use for the dump, and for the manifold to head.

Any tips on getting the turbo to line back up with the manifold and the dump pipe when your putting it back in. Im having a bastard of a time getting it to all line up to bolt in, Its like the dumb pipe is sitting lower than the turbo when its on the manifold.

The dump pipe is only connected to the exhaust, if its a std exhaust it may have a bracket also holding it which if released will allow more movement of the whole system.

Id put the turbo on the manifold then move the dump pipe to align with it.

Yeah that's what I thought I should be doing I just don't seem to be able to get it to line up to get the studs in, altho I did not loosen the bracket Ill give that a shot. I have a friend coming over now to give me a hand with some luck 2 ppl will make it easier to do.

Cheers Wenier.

I could see the throttle body opening and closing and that was where the sound was coming from. I guess it could be the battery may be worth trying I guess. the battery is a few years old. Its worth saying that while the turbo was off I changed the spark plugs could that have anything to do with it. I have done them a few times and did everything the same way and have not had any problems with them before.
