Hi all, I was wondering where I should get my x force gauges installed? Also how much will I roughly be looking at spending? I am from Melbourne.

Mate I had a friend of mine install them who is a mechanic although if you havent got any exprience in that field I would just pay someone the couple of hundred dollars. Taking the ICC out and removing all those gaurds and what not to get behind the firewall to get the wiring through is a ball breaker. If I had the choice again id pay the money hands down to have made it some body esles problem!

=)

My gauges from Scott at Ozegauge just arrived today! They look sensational.

I've got the tripod, now all I need is someone in Melbourne to install them.

Is it worth just ringing local auto elecs to see who would/can do it? Does anyone have any recommendations for auto elecs in east/south east melbourne?

Cheers.

The ozeguages do look great. I believe there is a picture of my install on scott's website.

Mate I'm from brissy but I just rang some site sponsor's and they said no worries and got them installed when I got a service.

Sorry I can't recommend anyone down there, but good luck with it

I paid autobahn in cairns to put my boost and oil gauge in. 3 weeks later I got my car back! they snapped all of the plugs at the back of the ICC when they tried puttting it back in. $3500 worth of damage. I got a whole new ICC out of it all but.

Installing these gauges isn't that hard. Just takes a bit of time. No one would do it for $100!

Removing the ICC isn't a difficult task. I can have one out in 5 minutes.
