These cars were never designed in mind for new and inexperienced drivers. I take it the T was a prohibited vehicle and youve just progressed from a P2 licence.

I do agree these things modded are dangerous

but my first car off my p's was a worked 350 chev in a monaro and considering the technology these things didn't have ,I still survived

but learn slowly don't rush into it

I'd get use to car first before you wind the boost up mate, I went from N/A VL to XR6 Turbo and nearly put it through and armco in the first week of ownership.
