Thanks mate......I will get some good photos soon - looks different now as its lower. Yep, handling is much improved......I am stoked driving this car.

Dont tell the Mrs, but have spent $8k in the last 2 weeks. that's it though.......promise! :Sug1:

I wouldn't tell her either, but 8k's not to shabby for what you've got now - it looks sh*t hot!

I have noticed mine struggles for traction sometimes when I'm powering into corners if the roads uneven or a bit corrugated - much more than my XR6T did on the same roads. On the smoother roads it's magic but the rougher roads are causing me to back right off.

Could this be better fixed with smaller wheels and slightly higher profile tyres like yours or, a sway bar, or is it more to do with the shocks and the spring rate?

Here is a shot that was taken the other night. My background is in modifying Japanese cars, went along for a casual meet with these guys and a lot of them loved the F6. There are heaps of good photographers in that community, much better than I could do!

My traction is now hugely improved over stock, its a combination of the reduced unsprung weight of the wheels (9kgs per wheel), a little more sidewall and much better damping from the Teins. The sways wont help your traction issues much in there own right. Of all things I would look to the Teins as being the biggest contributor (if you want to keep stock wheels).

Thanks Trough lolly, read the thread fellas!

Rob, great photo - I cant beleive how good that looks, real track cred, and it's gonna fly! awesome!

thanks for the pointers - that all makes sense. I'm going to keep mine going for a while and get some use from the stock gear, then save some bikkies and go for some Teins and then later if need be get some racing 18's with better rubber for the track.

another thing - the front lower inner control arm bushings (Superpro) make a noticeable difference to steering and braking at speed. Definately a worthwhile upgrade for the F6.

TOIGHT.... you can have 18s on these cars and they dont look to small but they do need to be a tough looking rim such as yours... Really nice man
