Yes and no regarding spacers. IF the car came with them standard from the manufacturer they are legal however if they are fitted elsewhere there can be disputes regarding the safety of them. It stemed from people putting spacers in without fitting longer bolts, therefore the threads would strip and wheels would magically fall off. The other problem was that some aftermarket spacers were made from inferior aluminium that would wear and cause loose wheels.

Another problem is that fitting spacers can alter the way the suspension works and load points are changed causing stress in areas not designed for that kind of stress.

Animal (sorry back on topic now) Just had a kook at my T, Depending on who much it is fouling on the arm you may be able to get away with a thicker spacer, just make sure you get longer wheel bolts at the same time. Ask someone what the actual offset of the falcon wheels are, then get a spacer that will make your 20's to the same offset. This may fix your problem.

Does it say the same thing on the back of all the rims???

How bad does it rub??? It is just touching or really pressing against it???

Either way I wouldn't drive it like that anywhere.

You can give the spacers a go.
